Working on inclusion: we are different and special
"WORKING ON INCLUSION: WE ARE DIFFERENT AND SPECIAL" is the title of the consortium formed by two Pre-primary and Primary Education Schools and a Secondary Education High School which carry out their educational work in three very different contexts but they represent the reality of the needs from the Educational Centres throughout the region.
The High School (IES GIL Y CARRASCO) is the oldest in the area and offers from ESO to a Research and Excellence Bachelor, day and night teachings and with a KA101 in development focused on motivation and diversity wants to carry on with this project by participating in this consortium. The Centro Público de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP SAN ANTONIO) located on the outskirts of the city of Ponferrada with a decreasing population and a faculty that works hard to achieve an improvement in the quality of education by attending to the varied realities that has today in their classrooms participating in different projects. And finally, the Centro Público de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP GENERACIÓN DEL 27) is smaller and is located in rural mountain zone and is developing projects for the educational inclusion and with experience in European programs on having participated in a Comenius Project.
The Teacher Training Centre (CFIE) of Ponferrada coordinates this consortium, which is made up by a team formed by a director and six training advisors (pedagogical assistants) and the areas of these advisories are the following: ICT Area, Physical and Artistic Education Area, Diversity Area, Social Area, Linguistic-Communicative Area (English) and Scientific- Technological Area. CFIE's training advisors are accustomed to working as a team and have extensive organisational and management experience.
The goals proposed for this consortium are the following:
-To acquire knowledge of active and innovative methodologies.
-To establish criteria and actions to facilitate the transition from Primary to Secondary, using European models as a reference.
-To give continuity to the techniques related to motivation and the concept of "Togetherness" that are being carried out through different activities in the KA101 of the IES, extending it to the other centres of the consortium.
-To integrate ICT to foster group work and cooperation, thus providing inclusive education.
-To improve the quality of the teaching-learning processes in all educational areas that affect students, teachers and families.
-To expand the collaboration with the institutions and educational community that surround the life of the consortium.
-To be aware of the pluriculturality and plurilingualism present in the European reality, with the aim of forming European citizens who face a peaceful and tolerant coexistence.
At the local level, the DESIRED impact of our CONSORTIUM will result in an improvement in the Classroom Programming of the participating schools. Likewise, it will achieve greater participation in European programs and internationalization of schools by encouraging the creation of their own Internationalization Plans. The CFIE of Ponferrada responds to 80 centers in two regions (Laciana and El Bierzo), facilitating that all dissemination activities are extended to many educational centres and their impact is greater. CFIE will organize conferences and workshops to promote greater impact of the goals of this consortium and thus achieve greater dissemination.
At regional level, the dissemination of the activities as they are carried out and the results of the same will be done through social networks and sharing materials through the platform CROL (Online Resource Center of the Junta de Castilla y León). The impact at national level is also linked to the dissemination of the activities as they are carried out and the results of them. In short, the impact and long-term advantages of this project will be evident not only in its local area of influence but throughout the region, becoming a reference for Educational Centres and for other CFIE, increasing the quality and variety of their educational landscape.
Trabajando para la inclusión: somos diferentes y especiales.
"TRABAJANDO PARA LA INCLUSIÓN: SOMOS DIFERENTES Y ESPECIALES" es el título del consorcio formado por por dos Centros de Educación Infantil y Primaria y un Instituto de Educación Secundaria que llevan a cabo su labor educativa en tres contextos muy diferenciados pero que representan la realidad de las necesidades de los Centros Educativos de toda la comarca.
El Instituto de Educación Secundaria (IES GIL Y CARRASCO) es el de más antigüedad de la zona y alberga desde la ESO a un Bachiller de Investigación y Excelencia, enseñanzas diurnas y nocturnas, con un KA101 en desarrollo centrado en la motivación y diversidad del alumnado y que quiere dar continuidad a este proyecto participando en este consorcio. El Centro Público de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP SAN ANTONIO) ubicado en la periferia de la ciudad de Ponferrada con una población que va en decrecimiento y con un claustro que trabaja duramente para alcanzar una mejora de la calidad de la enseñanza atendiendo a las realidades tan variadas que tiene hoy en día en sus aulas participando en diferentes proyectos. Y finalmente, el Centro de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP GENERACIÓN DEL 27) es de menor tamaño ubicado en zona rural de montaña y está desarrollando proyectos para la inclusión educativa y con experiencia en programas europeos al haber participado en un Proyecto Comenius.
El Centro de Formación e Innovación Educativa, coordinador de este consorcio, está formado por un equipo compuesto por una directora y seis asesores de formación permanente y las áreas de estas asesorías son las siguientes: Área de TIC , Área de Educación Física y Artística, Área de Convivencia, Área Social, Área Lingüístico-comunicativa (Inglés) y Área Científico- tecnológica. Los asesores de formación del CFIE están acostumbrados a trabajar en equipo y cuentan con amplia experiencia organizativa y de gestión.
Los objetivos planteados para este consorcio son los siguientes:
-Adquirir conocimientos de metodologías activas e innovadoras.
-Establecer criterios y actuaciones para facilitar el paso de E. Primaria a Secundaria teniendo como referente modelos europeos.
-Dar continuidad las técnicas relacionadas con la motivación y el concepto de "Togetherness" que se están llevando a cabo a través de de diversas actividades del KA101 del IES, haciéndolo extensivo a los otros centros del consorcio.
-Integrar las TIC para fomentar el trabajo en grupo y la cooperación, proporcionando así, una educación inclusiva.
-Mejorar la calidad de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en todas las áreas educativas que afectan al alumnado, profesorado y familias.
-Expandir la colaboración con las instituciones y comunidad educativa que rodean la vida del consorcio.
-Sensibilizar a nuestro alumnado respecto a la pluriculturalidad y plurilingüismo presentes en la realidad europea, con de formar ciudadanos europeos, que afronten una convivencia pacífica y tolerante.
A nivel local, el impacto DESEADO de nuestro CONSORCIO supondrá una mejora de las Programaciones de Aula de los centros educativos participantes. Así mismo, se conseguirá una mayor participación en programas europeos e internacionalización de los centros fomentando la creación de sus propios Planes de Internacionalización. El CFIE de Ponferrada da respuesta a 80 centros de dos comarcas (Laciana y El Bierzo), facilitando que todas las actividades de difusión se extiendan a muchos centros y el impacto sea mayor. El CFIE organizará jornadas y talleres para propiciar mayor impacto de los objetivos de este consorcio y así conseguir una mayor difusión.
A nivel regional, se realizará la difusión de las actividades a medida que se vayan realizando y de los resultados de las mismas. se hará a través de las redes sociales y compartiendo materiales a través de la plataforma CROL (Centro de Recursos Online de la Junta de Castilla y León).

En definitiva, el impacto y los beneficios a largo plazo del proyecto se podrán comprobar no sólo en su área de influencia sino en toda la región, pudiendo ser un referente para los Centros de Educativos y para los otros CFIE, aumentando la calidad y la variedad de su oferta educacional.
